Monday morning rant.
Will background checks be a thing of the past in the Bitcoin world?
They’re such a bitch.
These software platforms suck. Why do you need to know where I lived the past 7 years anyway? A bit intrusive.
Also, I graduated college 6 years ago so I don’t have a 7 years of professional work experience but I keep getting pop ups saying I need to fill in 7 years of work experience. Why 7? Wtf?
Getting all these error codes and I’ve wasted hours this morning going back and forth with a chat bot.
Rant over.

We know something’s backwards when people argue the government should provide healthcare and education because they’re “basic rights,” yet don’t question whether that same government should ensure clean water and un-poisoned food.
At the start of this year, I made a simple resolution:
Take the stairs in every office where I can. 🪜
No shortcuts. No elevators.
By now, most New Year’s resolutions are long forgotten—studies suggest around 80% of people abandon them within the first couple of months.
But here we are in May, and I’m still climbing. 💪
Some days it’s easy.
Other days—especially those 4th floor offices—I’m out of breath by the top. 😅
It’s humbling to pause, take a few breaths, and then walk into the next office trying to look composed.
But I’ve learned to love that moment.
Because it’s a reminder: growth doesn’t happen when things feel comfortable.
It happens right at the edge—when you’re a little uncomfortable, a little challenged, and choosing to keep going anyway.
What started as a small habit for my physical health has become just as important for my mindset.
Consistency > intensity. Every time. ✨
Curious—any New Year’s resolutions (or spring equinox manifestations, for those who enjoy astrology 🌱🌙) you want to pick back up?
Wake up, hydrate with lemon & mineral salt water, eat high protein bfast, meditate to joe dispenza, drink chai Yerba mate tea with raw local honey. 🍯
Ready to start the day 💪🏻
s/o to my sweet bf @Max for having lemon water ready for me when I woke up 🍋

That Friday feeling when PTO at @Bitcoin Jungle gets approved, it’s 65 degrees, the sun is shining, and I’m drinking iced lavender raspberry leaf tea with raw local honey and fresh-squeezed lemon ☀️🌊🍋

Hola @Laura 🌞

What’s the best way to make this happen?
I will never underestimate the power of 70% cacao and a good foam rolling session again.

I’ve found that one of the best use cases for ChatGPT is interior design. It’s helped me envision and decorate all of the rooms in our house. Highly recommend.

Currently reading The Ancient Way of the Mind and thinking about the default mode network (DMN) — the idea that when the volume is high, experience can feel like rain hitting a pond: so many ripples at once that it’s hard to tell which sensation belongs to what.
Meditation seems to turn that volume down, sharpening perception and interoception — less “me narrating myself,” more direct experience.
What’s interesting is that some athletes describe THC similarly during movement: feeling more in tune with the body, breath, and subtle signals.
The book also frames psilocybin as another chemical way of accessing something similar — almost like remembering a more primal meditative state of mind.
Meditation through trained attentional stability, THC through CB1 receptor modulation, psilocybin through serotonin pathways… different doors, but I’m curious where all three overlap in the brain.
