How can i connect a wallet to Amethyst? I too want tonbe zaped!!

Any tips what to do with my blue wallet lightning wallet is there a way to get the sats back into the bitcoin on chain wallet? Or do i need a new wallet and transfer it there? Any recommended wallets? Muun? Thank you for your help.
