Did people be fooled to build cities to cage themselves? then the comfort sucks them in, and slowly they lose their survival skills and end up being told what to do and think that is normal?
Cities are like farms, farming the young's time and energy.

Average skilled people keep talking about tools, yet real masters get things done beautifully with simple tools.
Don't trust, verify - but you might wondering verify what and how? π€
Here is my experience of verifying two of the best and most important desktop Bitcoin wallets ( Electrum and Sparrow ).

Nothing beats learning about history than traveling, but then you need to know what you want to get out of it, otherwise it's just consuming.
And it's way more fun if you can take all your experience into creation. β¨
went to a local festival, I really like seeing people wearing traditional clothes, but even in Turkey, you don't see it often now but only on some special occasions...
And I really enjoy seeing the elders dancing and having fun! Sometimes I think the elders know how to have fun more, while the youngs only know how to take selfies and scroll on their phones, not to mention that the last generations have better real-life skills, e.g. the mums can pretty much cook anything you ask, then a full skillset of cleaning, knitting, making jams...taking care of the family, even the cats around.

Fun hack Sunday:
How to tell if someone truly loves his/ her work - would they still working on it even if it's weekend or holiday. π
The whole society keeps emphasizing how important it is to make money, buy big houses, gain social status, be pretty, dress well, use makeup, but deep down, all of these simply for one purpose: finding a good partner.
Yet we are barely taught how to be self-aware, how to communicate better, how to form deep connections, and how to sustain long-term happiness.
- Smart devices are for dehumanizing.
- News and schools are for brainwashing.
- Social media are for distracting.
- Skincare products and modern medicines are quick fixes without actually solving the problem...

To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to change *you* is the greatest accomplishment. β Ralph Waldo Emerson
Back to the roots β am I the only one curious about how things are being made from scratch?

The only way to deal with an unfree world is to become so absolutely free that your very existence is an act of rebellion. β Albert Camus

playing around in the terminal recently, and I've learned how to install wireguard directly, so cool! All you need is to paste these codes: But I haven't figured out how to set the VPN conf from Mullvad with this setup...
and why is this not the default way to install software but depending on Apple or Google store where full of restrictions and rules? π§

More and more people started using Nostr, but not many people talk about how to use it safely.
Nostr is not the social media we used to use, not something you can DELETE and pretend nothing happened β sharing some of the safety practices that I've learned to help you stay safe in this Wild West. π

Bitcoin really is plan B, what you really want is having Bitcoin as your backbone and to release your talents.
The most evil thing one can do is in the name of "protection" while deep down restricting others from being independent, so that they can keep controlling you.
took a ceramic workshop to make my own soapbox and tooth brush holder - I just can't find anything I like, so why not make it myself? π
I only played with this when I was a kid, and it's really fun to make the clay into different shapes and then play around; creation is about experimenting and turning your imagination into reality. π§ͺ
