Cooking is a skill, and using it is part of being a healthy sovereign individual.
It's hard nowadays, I don’t know how everyone handles it.
I cook a lot, almost 80% of my food.
At first, I felt stressed whenever I had to cook or plan meals.
But the more I cooked, the less stressed I felt.
Still, I don’t understand why it feels so hard sometimes.
I've definitely improved, especially with meat, and overall.
I’d like to try cooking for someone, like a mother cooks for her children.

- 550g of steak
- 150g of beef sausage
- 100g of cheese halloumi
