Bought food for the week(I wanted more cheese this time)
Purchases:
- 4.5 kg of various cuts of beef
- 3 kg of high-quality homemade cottage cheese
- 40 eggs (somehow started eating more meat instead of eggs)
- 600 grams of homemade halloumi cheese
- 400 grams of homemade mozzarella cheese
- 300 grams of Tête de Moine cheese
- 500 grams of homemade butter
- 500 grams of full-fat cream
- 2 kg of backbone bones
Paid for all of this 70$
Broken Heart for Dinner
Dinner:
- 1 kg (half a heart)
A strange muscle,
cooked it for the first time in my life.
Turned out pretty good, tender,
but I think I'll stick to regular meat in the future.
