We all need to take a step back. We need to collect ourselves and realize just how infinitely small we are in this universe. The time we spend on this planet is just a blip for the universe or God (however you see it) I have to learn when to stop. Put my toes in the sand and breath. It's not as easy as it seems. To just sit here and breath feels like a mountain I have to climb but it keeps getting taller. Sitting with my thoughts my emotions my demons is no easy feat.
