More map features for you today! You can now grab the URL of any place and zoom level on the map view. e.g. btcmap dot org/map#13/13.51366/-89.36914 The URL updates as you pan and zoom around. Very useful for sharing general areas.

Coming in hot, we now have #[0] on The Map! Very few people knew of this initiative until a few weeks ago, they now have 57 verified merchants of all types! Excellent work. 🫡

We're (sadly) in the process of removing all Bic Camera (ビックカメラ.com) stores from BTC Map. 😢 They are moving to a bitFlyer KYC compromise, citing new regulations. https://biccamera.com/bc/c/info/payment/bitcoin.jsp We're bitcoin only and if you need permission to spend it, it ain't bitcoin. 🫡

Our latest Android app now has support for internationalisation. Turkish 🇹🇷 was our first language, courtesy of neoplus72 on GH. Anyone can now localise the Android app and so dive in!
