Gm everyone. I am officially past the 6 week mark from surgery. Cleared for normal activity and exercise. My body is doughy, skinny-fat, and very deconditioned. Going to spend the rest of this month with some general conditioning and progressing weights from light to heavier. Gonna be gangbusters at the beginning of the new year. Bulk is gonna go crazy. The little Z just pushed through his first 2 teeth. Been a fussy 3 or so week process but he has been happy as a lark since getting his gums to calm down.

When it comes to health, I really wish more people believed that they can help themselves. So many people have tried these bullshit fiat diets without success and genuinely believe that it isn’t in their power to help their weight and improve their health. Makes me sad. America gets a bad wrap for this, but obesity and chronic disease rates are climbing all across the developed world. #healthstr
