Gm everyone. I am officially past the 6 week mark from surgery. Cleared for normal activity and exercise. My body is doughy, skinny-fat, and very deconditioned. Going to spend the rest of this month with some general conditioning and progressing weights from light to heavier. Gonna be gangbusters at the beginning of the new year. Bulk is gonna go crazy.
