I've noticed in my life I've engaged in incredibly humbling activities. Humbling in the way that if you let things get just a little to your head it kicks u in the teeth and reminds you to stay humble.

#ruleoflife reach out, start conversations, ask for help or advice. People are lovely people and by doing these things you get to know new interesting people who have their heart in the right place. Positive people will respond to those inquiries and so there's a natural negative-people-filter in reaching out and engaging.
Procrastination is a killer. I find starting out my day early and strong is one of the most important things I can do for my mental health. I've struggled with this during the month of Ramadan and at the same time having taken some time off between freelance tasks. #diaryoftheday
