My value prop is such that I will bring value to any group that I ally with. Those that don't embrace producing value as a group strat. will not be competitive in the new 🌎
If we are going to use the disingenuous refrain "diversity is our strength" then we need to define "diversity" as different groups, some of them ethnic, competing against each other to the collective benefit of humanity.
Of critical importance, however, is that, like #Bitcoin mining, the rules must be clear and fixed. Everyone must have equal opportunity to compete.
Moreover, a man must be allowed to point his hash - contribute his value - to any willing recipient, or "mining pool." [An in-group member could defect if coerced against his will.]
On the practical problem of the current societal power imbalances...I advocate light.
Opaque Ethic networks, hidden, controlling factions within government, silent censorship of certain groups at the expense of others...these things exist.
There is no easy way to supplant them so let there be light. Such that competitors understand the ACTUAL rules by which the Game is being played.
Ethnic networking IS a viable strategy, for ALL ethnic groups. Without shame or guilt in tow.
