Ok now now let's try something longer and see if that helps at all in the medium length messages that where loosing packet 3 of 3. Maybe the delay between females allows the receiver more time to stabilize the received signal and demodulate prior to.loosimg the header packets at the start

Ok again new v5 of code with delays between satellite signal frames to modem 1sec delay

Now let's try a bit longer of a message with an uncomressed modem signal again using plain characters to freak the receiving filter out

Ok now I switch the modems toma completely new mode that does no compression.
