AFAIK, there's no country on Earth that offers truly Free Healthcare ie absolutely zero cost. Not even under Muammar Gaddafi 's Libya, the USSR or any where else. Probably true. Here in Sweden, the maximum I spend on healthcare per annum is 2000 swedish kroner, about 200 euros. After which, any medical treatment I may need, whether for a heart transplant or cancer treatment, is free, but only for that calendar year.
