Happy Bitcoin Pizza day! On this day 15 years ago the first recorded real world bitcoin transaction took place. Laszlo Hanyecz put an ad on the Bitcoin talk forum offering 10,000 BTC, equivalent to $41 at the time, for some pizzas and someone took him up on that offer. Laszlo Hanyecz is a Bitcoin legend in his own right and helped pave the way for what Bitcoin has become today the best medium of exchange and store of value there ever was. And happy new ATH.
