Everytime I add a UI/feature element in DEGA (well, any nostr project I work on for myself) I basically always think "wait... what if I'm not around to update this?" and then change the flow where users can add whatever custom stuff they want and/or see whatever custom stuff they want. Nostr really does change everything from A to Z.

A friend suggested doing a 'top 25 games' of all time. Made one, not in any order/rank, and from the games that I remember, here's a list on my end. Hm... I'm not sure how many speakers would be willing to download VRChat (doesn't require a VR headset, just PC) and give a talk or workshop in VRChat, for a #nostVR / #nostrVRC focused event(s). With that said, I also wouldn't know how many attendees would do the same in terms of going into the game to hear said talks (or watch it on youtube). Regardless, it wouldn't hurt to prepare for whenever that time comes. (In the meantime, I'd like to attend or do more unofficial (or official, who knows =P) parallel nostr events in VRChat. I'd need to find what these events are and when they're happening. Nostr needs an events platform with a filter for nostr events =/) I got myself to be a speaker and can talk about my projects, and a few topics as well, so there's that x3 I think I can get 1-3 more speakers to talk about their project and/or different topics, but we'll see. With that said, feel free to reply with your suggestions about who you want as a speaker, or if you want to speak yourself, or as an attendee, what would you like to see/hear/learn/etc. #nostr

The key thing missing, imo, from nostr to make it move towards having the best 'sustainable/maintainable' UX on all fronts is having a seamless economic incentive system (yes I'm talking about ads, no I'm not talking about having it in a traditional sense, yes I'd like to build it at some point when resources allow it).

I couldn't go to any Nostr-related events that were happening, because of various economic and geopolitical reasons, and I couldn't even launch one locally for similar reasons, so the next-best thing that I wanted to do was to see if I could run parallel events of the in-real-life ones but in virtual reality (/ in VRChat), but I haven't got around to doing it, however, I was very happy that I noticed/discovered an individual who made nostr group in VRChat and they discovered me back on nostr, so we connected, and they have organized an (unofficial) event in VRChat to run alongside #nostrasia , where a world was created for it with fun nostr purple ostriches running around as we talked and watched the livestream for the event within the world. It was a great start and I enjoyed myself =3 I don't know if I will, but I'd love to keep an eye on future events and see if they'll also do livestreams so we can do more of these types of events in VR happening in parallel with the in-real-life ones. During the #nostrasia event, someone mentioned doing a multisig to verify the authenticity of a secondary nostr key if someone has had their primary nostr key compromised. It was in Japanese, so I might not have gotten the full picture; however, if that's the whole story, there is one issue with it: An attacker can forge a multisig with a different secondary key they control and fake an older data/time than the truthful one. Since nostr doesn't have a timestamp-enforcing mechanism, this method is not necessarily a 100% verifiable solution. However, a solution to it would be to involve Bitcoin in the process, by deriving a Bitcoin address from both the primary and secondary key and conducting the multisig process on that level, which would give it the security/timestamp it needs to properly act as a 100% verifiable backup solution. The only 'con' about this is the cost of money to do so. I'd do that, but I'd also do it differently, the reverse in fact, where the primary key is kept hidden/secure while the secondary key is the one to be used publicly and would be the one being exposed to the risk of being compromised, where if it does happen, then you simply use a different/new secondary key that does another multisig with the primary key, and clients would adapt to this new system where if you follow my primary key, you'd also see posts from my secondary key (with a label 'proxy' so you'd know).

Seems like my guess was right (don't recall if I said this as an online post or not), Bitcoin price would top around 120k and then would go down to around 70k. I forgot how I got those numbers but basically I was looking at past cycles and ballparking those numbers. I'm assuming in the next cycle the ath will be around 200k to 220k maybe, and the one after that probably 380k to 400k, then 700k to 750k, and so on.

I am saddened that I don't have IRL friends who are crazy about freedom as I am, or even normal freedom. In fact, I think one or two of them are authoritarians, and they tell "me" to calm down x3 But, I am happy that because of the internet, I met other crazy freedom people and conversed with them =3 (In general, but definitely more so here on nostr, and more so because of the projects I'm working on) And hopefully, I'll be super happy to be able to meet many of said crazy freedom people IRL, screaming freedom while eating a burger or something x3 (and that'd be well enough, anything else would be a bonus <3)
