Whenever you add a new feature, you must make it optional. You must include a setting to turn it off or adjust it. Learn your basic UX. Give your users sovereignty as much as possible. Train the society to be responsible, to take action.

I went to btcjobs but it diverted to cryptocurrency jobs 😳 when asked what kind of company you're interested in (defi, NFT,...)? I wrote #bitcoin only! 😉
There are mandatory field with limited options that ask what is your previous role and what is your previous company! What if I'm a first timer just entering the job jungle?? The dudes are not in touch with the real world.

I want to signup in bitcoin jobs, it diverted to cryptocurrency jobs! When asked what kind of company you are interested in(defi, NFT,...) I answered Bitcoin only 😉

How did you find your first job and how old were you?
I'm learning a little Portuguese every day. Also, everyday I'm learning a little techy stuff in the field I'm interested in, from books and other resources. Gradually and steadily, towards my goals, because there is no other way.
