At first glance, you might think they're takoyaki... but they're actually tofu balls! 🤭💚 They're crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and incredibly delicious. Made with tofu, carrots, onion, garlic, flour, and egg, then paired with a simple sweet and savory sauce made from soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and a drizzle of mayonnaise. As a tofu lover, I always enjoy trying different tofu recipes, and this is definitely one of my favorites. Simple to make, budget-friendly, and absolutely worth trying! 😋🍽️

Fresh start. 👋 Mommy Yen here! Hi everyone! This is my new BCHNostr account. Unfortunately, I had to create a new one after what happened earlier. I feel like my old account is not safe anymore after clicking the link that the scammer sent me. Losing my previous account is truly sad, but there's nothing I can do now except move forward. Lesson learned: Always verify the sender and double-check links before clicking, especially if they come from new or suspicious accounts. Online scams are becoming more convincing every day, so let's all stay vigilant and protect our accounts.
