when taxpayers get to vote on this, its often voted down nearly half the time.
backdoor deals, that taxpayers dont vote on, almost always go through with huge subsidies for the team.
Then they do these PSL, Personal Seat License, when new stadiums are built, that give fans access to purchasing season tickets, ACCESS to purchase. The Buffalo Bills stadium that's due to open next year, is selling such PSLs for nearly 50k PER SEAT!
