Hate to be the noob, but can someone explain what pura vida means in Nostr speak

If you haven't heard, starting May 1st, if your credit score is 680 or above you have to pay 1% more on your (new) home mortgage loan. Bc your good habits are affecting the people who don't pay their bills which gives them a lower credit score. SMMFH👎🏻🤬👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Can someone give me the info on this if you know about this?
