#zapathon I’m pretty new here. What’s a zapathon? 🧐 I have 47 Sats in my lighting wallet that some random soul sent me. Not much haha, but maybe enough to participate an send some love ⚡️ for shits and giggles.

Dear diary. Today I installed a Lighting Wallet on my 9 year old son’s phone. I #zapped him his first Sats. Sats that I originally got from the #nostr community. ❤️ I’m now experimenting with paying his weekly allowance in Sats. He can then trade me for fiat when he wants to buy something. 💰 I’ll let you know how it works out, but it seems simpler than setting up a traditional bank card for the little man. + he will learn how to navigate the future. 💳 #plebchain #bitcoin #walletofsatoshi

GM! Some updates on the Bitcoin sentiment in Swedish mainstream media. It’s time to declare taxes and crypto is being looked at extra closely this year from a state side of things. Lessons from reading the articles: 1. People on the streets were asked about taxes and crypto. No one understood the questions or had any holdings. 2. No differentiation is made between Bitcoin and shitcoins in the articles. Suggesting low understanding. 3. Focus on the negative. The news highlight that dictatorial states try to come up with their own crypto currencies. 4. Risks and scams is the focus. No mention of any positive traits of Bitcoin (absolute scarcity, empowering the unbanked etc..) TLDR; It’s still early. Confusion reigns. Stay humble and stack sats.
