This is a great take and I almost want to fork the existing NIPs repo to do this too.
Looks like "Simplified Chinese" is the communist version of "Traditional Chinese" and that Taiwan and Hong Kong are the bastions of traditionalism in these matters.
Instead of actually sending real money to people I propose that we just reply with the word "zap" when we think a note is good enough to deserve it.
