I tried to be a little healthier and eat better so naively I did some research and found out that literally everything is bad for you lol. I wish I was exaggerating. Carnivores think vegetarian are unhealthy and vegetarian think carnivores are the spawns of the devil. You go deeper and even the healthy foods are bad because there not “natural” enough. I heard a doctor say fruits are terrible because they spike sugar levels. I gave up, I follow my gut now and leave the rest to God.
