Human beings yearn for justice but resent judgment. The two must inevitably go hand in hand.

If Trump hates George Soros so much, why did he appoint Scott Bessent to run the Treasury, and why does he not criticize Bessent they way he does everyone else? He threatened to fire him in November if Bessent didn't persuade the Fed to lower rates. The Fed hasn't, and Trump hasn't followed through in his threat. Bessent is tied to both the Financial Industrial Complex through his connections to Soros and Blackrock and to the Technical Industrial Complex through his relationship with Peter Thiel's Dialog group. Bessent appears to be the guy making sure that Trump gets his work done.

There is no evidence that the American people are winning anything, but yet we should cheer Trump and his funder Elon Musk. That's a strange headspace to be in.
