Once the three global spheres of influence are established, borders may become meaningless.
Take the Western Hemisphere for example. The whole thing will become the American Protectorate, with each country acting like a US sadministrative zone. All people in each administrative zone will get the same benefits issues by the US corporate entity (think BlackRock's admin of PPP during covid). There will be no reason to immigrate into the US because wherever you are in N., C., or S. America you will essentially have the same financial benefits.
But there has to be a show right now over the immigration situation because doing so demands a solution, which will lead to the equal benefits later. It also exposes the enemies of the US corporation, which are funded by the central bankers who must be expunged before regional consolidation happens.
