Most people just tell you what to change. I show you what actually matters first
I think I'm going to start using the word Cheers
I might have gotten overzealous with my pumpkin patch this year. I planted 3-4 different kinds of pumpkins: white, worthy, and pie pumpkins.
Instead of getting 3-4 different kinds of pumpkins I got all white and worty pumpkins that are pie sized.

People trusted the CC because podcasts told them to.
Buys stock in dice companies...
Why use dice rolls?
Because the entropy is verifiable.
You know there isn't a hidden backdoor in a random number generator and no manufacturer secretly chose your seed.

Prefer long term control over short term convenience.
Could your business run for two weeks without you?
No calls. No approvals. No password questions. No customers asking only for you.
If you can’t take a vacation, you don’t own a business.

A former contractor should not be able to lock you out of your own business.
Domain. Email. Website. Vendor accounts. Passwords.
Could you prove who controls them today?
Most owners cannot answer that cleanly until an agency disappears, a key employee leaves, or an account becomes inaccessible.
The Operational Dependency System is a $97 self-serve control-and-continuity toolkit: practical guides plus working sheets to map ownership, access, recovery, vendors, and operational dependencies before the problem becomes urgent.

Most business owners think they own their business. Until they try to prove it.
Who can recover your email or still has admin access?
What breaks if you don’t answer your phone for a week?
Most businesses don’t fail because of one big disaster.
They fail because of dozens of hidden dependencies nobody knew existed until something broke.
That’s what Blind Spot Map is built to uncover.
Stop assuming your business is under control.
Prove it.
