This is FALSE, the video is actually from a 2015 SAUDI airstrike on the YEMENI capital, Sana'a, that KILLED 40 civilians.

BREAKING: At least 50 soldiers loyal to the Saudi-led coalition have been killed or injured after a massive sandstorm, heavy rains, and flash floods swept through their camp in Ma'rib Governorate, near the Saudi border.
I wouldn't be surprised if someone like him sided with the Zionists against Muslims, what he did in Yemen is proof enough. But I also think it might just be a lie from the US to drag Saudi Arabia and Iran into a direct confrontation.
