People think getting healthy means adding things to your life, more gym time or supplements. But really it’s a subtractive process. Start by removing the things making you sick. Your body knows how to heal itself, it just needs the space to do so.
Everyone lately

As a dad, I pour everything into my wife, my kid, my work—leaving little for me.
But here's the truth I learned the hard way: Prioritizing yourself isn't selfish; it's essential. It fills your cup, gives you strength to give more.
We were taught to be selfless, to empty ourselves.
That's a lie.
Fill up first, or everything else crumbles.
You don’t need therapy or drugs, you need this.
No EMF. No noise pollution. No toxic blue light. No notifications. No GMOs. No crowds.
Only the sun, connection to the earth, and God.
We weren’t meant to live surrounded by concrete and a million people we don’t know.
This is how we were meant to live. This is how you were meant to heal.

Hi everybody. Hope you all have a great day.
