#75Hard Day 13 ✅ Today was a bit of juggling to get everything done that I needed. Wednesdays usually put more on my plate than I can take off. But that’s what I’m learning to manage with this challenge. Yes, there is the #fitness aspect of it. Getting in two 45 minute workouts is challenging. Drinking a gallon of water daily takes focus. Blending it all with my “usual” day is the magical part. The discipline required to finish this is extraordinary. It’s not been easy. It won’t be easy. I welcome the struggle.

#75Hard Day 12 ✅ Finished my day with some #yoga recommended by #[2] . I needed that. I’m about as flexible as concrete and just 15 mins has me feeling loose. I think I’m going to incorporate that into every day.

As I’ve gotten older I’ve become more and more captivated by the outdoors. It has made me want to #travel as much as possible. It’s made me seek out #countryliving. Being out in nature seems to reset me and get rid of my stress. Because of this I’ve picked up a few #hobbies I wish I would have done more of when I was younger. I love to #kayak, going #fishing, both at the same time even! I’m also #greatful to live out in the country. #75Hard Day 11 ✅ Today was definitely a Monday. The whole day was cold and rainy. I was behind on work stuff. My family is frustrated with me doing this because it’s disrupting the norm. Sunday’s #kettlebell workout kicked my ass and I could barely walk today. I thought today would be the day I missed something. But I stuck with it. I multitasked. I stayed positive and made sure I got it done. So glad today is over. #balance #nostr #grownostr #exercise #fitness #zap #sats

#75Hard Day 10 ✅ Today wasn’t bad. It was just the right amount of busy to distract me. I had tons of protein, lots of good exercise, and great quality time with my family. Integrating a kettlebell into my workouts keep things interesting. There are so many new exercises to learn. I can see my discipline improving, but I still hear that voice telling me I’ll mess it up and have to start over. Proving it wrong is some amazing #motivation. #fitness #lifting #workout #nostr #zap #sats

I like #fishing and was fortunate enough to do some deep sea fishing last time I made it down to #Destin. (LOVE that area by the way). My son and I managed to catch some red snapper, but they were out of season and we had to toss them back. #nostr #hobbies #fish #fishstr #emeraldcoast #travel #vacation

I really enjoy my #kayak. It’s a great way to get away from everything. I highly recommend it. Also, if you’re into #fishing, you can get to those spots people stuck to the land can’t.
