#75Hard Day 2 is complete. Diet seems to be my greatest challenge. I haven’t had alcohol in over a month, maybe two. That part doesn’t bother me. What I struggle with is resisting sweets. I have been having cookies for dessert for a long time. It’s only day 2, and I miss them terribly. I do my best work when someone tells me I can’t do something. Internally, I have told myself I won’t make the 75 days. I’ve told myself that I will trip up and have to restart. That is all the motivation I need.
