As I turns out, 99% of my self hosting issues are because my ISP is blocking me. Either I'll have to find a way to get them to unblock me, or I'll have to upgrade to their business plan or else find a new ISP. Balls in their court.

FIXED - Trade journal Thur Sept 18th. Got lucky today and won back all my losses for the last few days and then some. I don't think this means I passed my eval still but we'll try tomorrow.
