Wednesday, August 19 — TLDR Woke up late, feeling lazy. Then I saw the 5m: we broke above the daily VAH, came back and rejected off it hard. Didn't even check the time — just jumped in. Long ES @ 7730.75. Hit TP 7740.75 within minutes. +10pts. Two busted trades from Monday had me underwater. This one wipes the slate clean — break-even going into the rest of the week. Lesson: when the setup shows up, you take it. Hesitation costs more than being late. Much love.
