Shared by a colleague. This is the same section of soundboard. The crack is open in October and then closed in November, 3 weeks later. This is why your #piano goes out of tune. I don’t have hygrometer readings, but I would assume it is more humid with the closed crack. 
I tuned for someone yesterday that hasn’t had a tuning in 26 years.
If you replace your roof more often than you tune your #piano, you’re doing it wrong.

Broadwood has been made exclusively in England since 1777. This fake NY SF nonsense is exactly that, nonsense. Some turnofthecentury American manufacturer slapped Broadwood on it to help it sell better 😑

Call me crazy, but I like to have my client’s first and last name, street address, phone number, and email address when I do work for them on their piano.
I can live without an email, though I do most of my passive communication through it.
I’m not against KYC for this.
A colleague shared these pictures. It looks like they cut out the tenor and bass sections on a full size #piano and then built a new case 🤣🎹
