Today my mom asked me if it was only an impression or if I’m more grounded since I restarted to cultivate my spirituality. I said that indeed, praying and meditation somehow grounded me. You gave me food for thought 😁 I’m also a monster, my son has got his phone with 12, his access is restricted with parental controls, no social media yet - I’ve already heard I’m a control freak. My daughter is 7 and has no phone, of course. She can only use some pre-defined streaming with a tablet I prepared for her. This idea with the reward for chores in form of screen time is great.
