The beans have been seeded and the sprout tests planted out. 70% sprouting on own seeds isn’t bad! Started with two seeds two years ago, then 10 last year two and 400 this year. Will be interesting to see what number we get to in the end of the season. Maybe we need to set aside a field for it in a couple of years. Exponential growth is fun to watch😎

We spend less than 12 hours every YEAR on being self sustained with potatoes. I totally understand why people dont homestead, but I cant understand why anyone with a house would buy them in the store. You can literally drop one by accident and get 10 back (happened to me last year)
