If i send a #bitcoin transaction of 5 million sats and pick a 2 million sat UTXO and a 6 million sat UTXO to spend, should i assume the 2 mil sat #UTXO will be spent first or does it depend on the wallet?

My linux mint #umbrel node shit the bed again, is there something similar to #start9 embassyOS where I can flash a fresh OS and use it a virtual machine to run bitcoin stuff relatively easy? I have a Start9 Embassy already and want to try something different.
