Been getting into rucking lately. Last time I walked with weight was in the military about 7 years ago. My new favorite form of cardio. Less impact on joints, extremely practical, and can do it anywhere I have a backpack and some weight. It’s also nice to go on walks with my family and also get a nice workout in. Highly recommend.
