Intelligence is labelling and pattern recognition. The real test of humanity is to see directly that the mind is a tool. Like all tools, you can put it down. It will tell you all sorts of things to try and stop you from doing that. Try anyway. Or rather… see that the trying is still you and that “you” are what your mind tries to tell you, you are. “You” are the tool. Not the one holding the tool. So you cannot see that it’s not you that puts the tool down. It’s just a thought.
