The quality of hospital food is so depressing. Equally sad to watch the hospital throw everything away because I don’t want to eat processed juice with added sugar, canned fruit with added sugar, soggy bread, sugar filled cereal, powdered eggs, fat free yogurt, Uht milk, canola spread or foul smelling vegetable soup. It’s so hard to have faith in medical care when they want to feed you poison. Let food be thy medicine!
