Why did Rootstock never really catch on. Is there usage on the network that is out of my circles?

Is anybody here who regularly uses USDt?

Would it be useful for you to convert a certain percentage of your sats in your wallet (e.g. Alby Hub) automatically to/from USDt? why? what would you want to do with USDt?
