August 3rd. Exactly 1 year ago I started a challenge I didn't realize the first couple of days that I started it. Goal was 10k steps per day! In those 365 days I missed the 10k daily goal only 3 times!! First day was March 15th (missed 116 steps) Second dat was May 9th (missed 649 steps) Third day was June 20th (missed 38 steps) Combined I missed 803 steps. I average around 13045 steps each day which is something I'm very proud of. #proofofwalk #plebchain I'm not done yet. I'll continue this lifestyle.

It's never to late to help someone who wants to take action and feels that they need to practition freedom of speech and freedom of money #plebchain. Be kind to those who don't get #nostr and #bitcoin yet. And be open to them once they get it. The least they want is a "I told you so.." lecture.

#nostr is freedom of speech. #bitcoin is freedom of money. We found the technology to keep those freedoms, now we need adoption and knowledge about both to keep it that way. It's important to me. How important is it for you?

What am I seeing 👀 @primal has released an .apk for their #nostr client for #android. Nice! One of the best #nostr clients on the web coming to your android phone in the near future!

And another shout out to @Roman Reher. He just published a video about the importance of #nostr on his YouTube channel. I really don't need to introduce him (German Bitcoiners should know him) but he does god's work for #Bitcoin and it seems now #nost too. He already has a great follower on YouTube with his @Blocktrainer channel. I some day hope to follow his footsteps with the Dutch community and with #bitcoinschoolNL.

To all my followers here on #nostr I want to give some attention to @BitcoinJoker. Had really fun conversations with this dude last Sunday who takes privacy very serious. I think he thought this through a lot and people can learn a lot from his views. He didn't really found out #nostr yet. Had a npub, but wasn't really involved. Help him transfer his followers on Twitter here on #nosrt as well. Give him a follow.

Wow. I went to my first Bitcoin Meetup tonight and I missed #zapathon here on #nostr. Don't regret missing this #zapathon because I met some great new people today!!
