I've been messing around with my new BitAxe Hex from nostr:nprofile1qqsdrvtm3pczmjtz8nrm768ls2lght3taar8yv3f4kpqr9xfs7eg99qpzemhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuurjd9kkzmpwdejhgqgjwaehxw309ac82unsd3jhqct89ejhxqgnwaehxw309aex2mrp09skymr99ehhyecy80gxq, and discovered an easy way to increase the hash rate. I just increased the core voltage setting from 1200 (default) to 1250, and got it up higher than 3 TH/s for the first time. You can see the jump up on the graph after the setting change on Feb 10th. The next block is MINE! Lol

On the WBD podcast, Odell and HODL estimate a 90% likelihood of the US bitcoin strategic reserve happening in 2025. Odds on Polymarket are 40%. I'm somewhere in between, say 65%. What about you?

When bitcoin was at $10,000, I told some nocoiner friends that I expect it to go to $100,000 in the next 5 years. They laughed and called me crazy. I just saw them over the holidays, and they asked if I sold when it hit $100,000. I told them no, because I expect it to go to $1,000,000 in the next 5 years. They laughed, but didn't call me crazy this time. Progress, I guess.

I used to think that I became a bitcoiner in 2017, when I learned about it and purchased my first coins. But it was only in 2024 where everything really came together for me: started running a node, started solo mining, earned sats for my music, made my first lightning purchase, and attended my first bitcoin conference. Looking forward to more growth in 2025!

Does anyone on here have experience with the Sazmining bitcoin mining service? I've already got a Bitaxe and have been solo mining, but Sazmining looks interesting as a simple option to get into mining without the logistical and technical headaches of trying to set up a larger scale operation on my own. Any thoughts are welcome! 🙏
