One of Bitcoin's greatest strengths is removing the need for a third party, you should think twice before letting a custodian hold your #Bitcoin . No one should hold your coins, never trust, always verify.

Went through a list of 20 #bitcoin  companies. 70% of them track their website visitors. Most used google analytics No Bitcoin company should track their vistors. What´s one good reason for this? Respect privacy guys, you got no right to track, esp not selling data to google

I’ll tell you one secret about nostr. You’ll find really good and talented people here. When i was working on launching thebitcoinway.com i looked for a talented guy who knew everything about self custody. I spoke with dozens of people from twitter, without any luck for the talent i was looking for. Then i went to nostr, spoke with on guy, and it turned out to be exactly what i was looking for, and even more. (Shoutout to @Tony | thebitcoinway.com ⚡️ ) Moral of the story, if you have any ideas, business plans, or just want friends that has the same mindset as you, I believe you’ll be more lucky connecting with people here than any other platform. Utilize this opportunity while Nostr is still small and unknown, one day it will become really big, following the same story like bitcoin.

Bitcoin was never designed for its participants to use custodian services. Bitcoin is made for self custody by design. All these Bitcoin financial companies that promotes a service where they hold your coins is not safe. No matter how they brand it: qualified custodian, multi custody, etc You either follow the bitcoin ethos and use it as it was meant to, or you will eventually get a hard lesson.
