Been a busy day. Ive been dealing with a data error since early May from a powerplant. We must paste it into our own database so companies can get access to it. Problem is that the moment we do that every special letter turns into a 4 digit number. Apparently this happens when a table acts like a domain on our server. You have to break it down and upload everything. This has been an issue for years for my workplace and i managed to find the solution. The real issue was the Unicode we got with the data. There's no need to convert one certain type of Unicode before uploading.
