4th cohort of “My First Bitcoin” course kicks off in this remote part of the World (Livingstone, Zambia)
Bitcoin education is spreading like wildfire. Humanity and freedom is winning!

Bitcoin meets Mukuni Village!
Last week Saturday we had an unforgettable day with warm, curious locals of Mukuni Village eager to explore Bitcoin and how it can benefit their businesses and community.
The hunger to learn is REAL!
Used Machankura for seamless transactions (Bitcoin without internet) we even bought some handcrafted souvenirs with sats, real adoption in real time.
Challenges? Lack of smartphones and internet. But the potential? Limitless.
BITCOIN IS FOR EVERYONE!

Bitcoin is for everyone 💪

We had our first Bitcoin meetup of the year, filled with great energy and enthusiasm.
We are bullish on humanity and the future! 🚀

There’s something about Bitcoin that changes people.
Maybe it’s the humility of having your worldview flipped upside down. Maybe it’s the kind of person it attracts—truth seekers, curious minds, those willing to challenge the status quo.
Or maybe it’s something deeper.
What happens to people when they base their value on something that isn’t rooted in theft?
When money operates on fair rules, and value can’t be stolen through inflation, does the world become better? Absolutely.
But do people themselves become better? I’m starting to think yes.
Bitcoin forces you to think long-term. It makes you reevaluate what matters. It aligns incentives in a way that’s fair, honest, and transparent.
And when people live by those principles, it changes them—for the better.
Maybe Bitcoin affects those of us going deep down the rabbit hole the most right now. We’ve had to learn about it deeply, often on our own, as the only Bitcoiner in our circle. And that has changed us.
But what happens when 8 billion people live under a fair system?
When everyone interacts with Bitcoin, there’s a multiplying effect. A world where every individual operates under rules that are fair and honest.
It’s hard to imagine that not making the world, and the people in it, better. Bitcoin is already doing that—one person at a time.
I just bought water and lemonade with Bitcoin at Jollyboys Restaurant in Livingstone.
This is the future!

We recently painted a shop with Machankura (using bitcoin without internet) in Dambwa North Market as a way of helping with Bitcoin adoption and spreading awareness.
The owner of the shops now accepts payment in bitcoin. If you wish to show him some love, here is his lightning address:

We are expanding on the @BitcoinEkasi and @LuthandoSABTC🇿🇦 shop painting model in Dambwa North Market. David one of our first @My First Bitcoin graduates has done a great job talking to other shop owners in his market about Bitcoin. @Blink Wallet @strike @npub1nv4j...x0gr coming soon.

Hello #Nostr from Zambia 🇿🇲
We’re already preparing for our 2025 cohorts! We’re planning to have a total of six cohorts, which is a 100% increase from this year (2024), where we graduated 42 students. We’re committed to creating more Bitcoiners in this part of the world.
Special thanks to David (in the picture) , a graduate of “Mi Primer Bitcoin” and a community member, who prints all our class workbooks.

Bitcoin Victoria Falls will have its final meetup of the year on November 24th before we send @Humphrey off to the Africa Bitcoin Conference and Adopting Bitcoin Cape Town in December and January. We have 12 meetups planned for 2025. Any zaps on this post will be shared directly with our meetup attendees!
The urgency to teach Bitcoin is high. Once central banks and governments jump in, ordinary people will be severely disadvantaged.
Opening a global permissionless bank account on a smart phone within 5 minutes with zero paperwork is a miracle.
Thank God for #Bitcoin.

One our students that recently graduated is on Nostr 🥳
Go show him some love.
