My youngest daughter loves watching me playing Lemmings (the original one from the 90s of course) but whenever there's a level with a trap I don't let her watch just in case I mess up. Especially this sling trap which pulls the poor lemming up and slams him with his head down to the ground 🥺

I’m a podcast addict, although admittedly there aren’t many left that get my attention or appeal to me anymore. But some episodes, often from the past, man I don’t know exactly why, I re-listen to from time to time over and over again and they never lose their vibrancy. They seem to be timeless. I think it’s the relaxed energy, the authenticity and deep dives in a multitude of different things - often with a small portion of philosophy - what makes them so appealing to me. A few examples of those are @Vlad, Bitcoin Takeover Podcast ‘s talks with Joshua Scigala or @ODELL ‘s talks with @UNCLE ROCKSTAR . But unfortunately the very most podcasts these days seem to have turned into sales-brochures, self-adulation and sycophancy. Whether the mainstreamification ruined it or I’m just getting old and being haunted by nostalgia (a feeling which I always hate-loved).

I still love Midi, listen to old midi music (most of them are from old adventure games) and play around with soundfonts occasionally but when I play old games I still stick to the soundfont of my good, old and beloved SoundBlaster AWE64! soundcard. The Duke Nulkem 3D menu theme isn’t just the same without it. Some people tell me you have to be an autist to like Midi.
