Personally, I make it a habit to reflect regularly - whether it’s on the month, quarter, or year - across both professional and personal areas.
Since starting this practice in 2016, I’ve realized that the most critical factor for success is aligning your goals with your values.
Once your goals are rooted in your values, consistency becomes natural. Seek out the tools, learn couching or find a person who can support you that help you stay on track.
No matter what structure or approach you use for reflection and goal setting, the key is ensuring your values guide your decisions. These values should be so deeply rooted that they unconsciously shape your actions and choices.

So, why the uncertainty about hitting 2000 opportunities? During our analysis, we discovered that companies not only post jobs across multiple boards, but also duplicate same positions across different locations. These postings inflate the numbers, adding up to 15% more jobs. Without those duplicates, we fall short of the 2000 mark.
On the other hand, we’re not yet tracking 100% of Bitcoin employers, and it’s sometimes tricky to determine which companies are Bitcoin-Onky versus general crypto firms.
This lack of definitive #proofofnumbers motivates us to improve in 2025. Our goal is to build the best resource for launching your Bitcoin career and connecting job seekers with opportunities under the hardest and soundest money on Earth.
