We see around a lot of wins and success stories, others are happy and achieving huge goals, but sometimes we do not feel a part of that. We just can't win.
With various chores and responsibilities we are being distracted from our path. And it comes a time, when doubt creeps in, we want to give in and admit. "Maybe this just isn’t for me."
But often, what we really need is a break. Disconnect. Go for a run, take a long hike, listen to music, or spend quality time with loved ones. We need to recharge and find that calm, balanced state.
When we are there, we can gather ourself together, reprioritize and try again - stronger and clearer. It is just that.
