Power is back on, we survived. It was an adventure to be out of touch for 72 hours. Might make it a routine honestly. Board games and candlelight made us feel togetherness we've missed lately. Also looking into generators and power banks for the future. Tonight, calm and quiet installing @GrapheneOS on my Pixel 9a thanks to the awesome tutorial done by @BTC Sessions

It’s Saturday morning, the power has been out all night. The house is freezing, the fridge is rotten and you’re home alone with no food and all the kids. Welcome to Jackass.

Saying goodnight to the birds. We built this coop almost 4 years ago and it is still in great shape, and has never been penetrated by predators although they’ve tried. Fun and resourceful project that allows us to have fresh eggs all year.
