I just left an economic development meeting in Southwest Michigan. When I mentioned Bitcoin to a couple of the leadership after the meeting, they looked dumbfounded. I’m not sure what it’s gonna take to make the majority of people understand just how Misallocated all this “free” government money is….

Asked my 11 y.o. Granddaughter this via text. Notice how fast the response is. And yet - “adult” federal workers are bitching and complaining….

Amazing watching today’s left go crazy when someone wants to audit all the grift in the government. Same assholes that want to know about every F-ing $601.00 Venmo transaction.

One thing I learned a long time ago from an older guy when I was young. He said, “Americans don’t rent enough.” Whether for work or play. So true - if u aren’t going to use it a lot, rent. Or borrow. Save your money. Also he desired a Cadillac. (He bought one 10 years later, when he had plenty of reserves) but he just rented one for a weekend once a year - for years - to get it out of his system.

I’m on my way to a real estate closing. I bought a house a couple years ago to fix up and flip. I’ve done many over the last 30 years. But this was a pretty big project, and it was just not the right time. So I’m going to sell it. Unfortunately, the market is a little bit weaker than it was a couple of years ago. I paid cash for it. I’m selling on a land contract today. I probably should’ve just bought more bitcoin with the money I spent on it a couple years ago. :-)
