Is there a bitcoin Airbnb forum? I have 3 Airbnb’s. 2 in a small town in Michigan, USA and one in Punta Gorda, Florida. Wondering if we could set up a network to aide bitcoin travelers??

Headed to Toledo, Ohio meetup tomorrow. I’m not techie, just a freedom loving pizza guy. We all can do our part to foster adoption of BTC and NOSTR. One very real way IMO, is to attend, promote, and engage in meetups. Especially smaller more intimate ones, Where people can actually meet others. If u r older and/or have some means, sprinkle some Sats (or fiat) around and help these young, vibrant, techie kids help the world. GN

I drove 2 hours to Marion, Indiana this evening for a Bitcoin meet up. I met a few very nice, and smart people. I like traveling to all these different meet ups. If Anyone has any suggestions of other meetups please let me know. Hope to see you around at the next one. :-)

We’ve asked Revhodl to help us start up a mining rig in a pole barn we have in town. So we are going to have him give his talk on Home Mining and then take a 5 block drive to the pole barn, and actually show us all how to set it up. I’m pretty stoked about finally making this happen! Just took my son and his girlfriend to the airport for them to fly home after spending a month with us here in Michigan. It was FANTASTIC to have them here that long. But It never gets any easier to say goodbye.

The finished mural! The artist surprised me with an add-on after I had left town (headed to Bitcoin2024). It was a bit risky for him to do that IMO, because I was not consulted. But I have to admit - it was a great plus. Here’s a pic of the end result. Fricken Fantastic!

Later Today I’ll watch a parade in Honor of freedom. And yet more than 1/2 the people in the crowd did squat to fight against the tyranny we saw foisted on the world the last 4 years. And ironically (and sadly) they will not think anything of it…
